All orders are shipped with full tracking and typically arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

We ship all international orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services.

This means all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included at checkout — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

All required customs documentation is handled by us to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country’s customs procedures, which are outside of our control.

Pleasure ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate before checkout. GINO is not liable for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

RETURNS

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your GINO purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase. We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All item(s) must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact. The cost of return is not covered by GINO.
